This Audio and Visual Release Policy applies to all classes, calls, webinars, and events hosted by Find Your Happy College (LTD).

By participating in our events, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding the recording, use, and distribution of audio and visual content.

1. Purpose of Recordings

• All classes, calls, webinars, and events may be recorded for the following purposes:
• To provide participants with access to review the content after the event.
• For distribution through our shop or other platforms.
• For resale as educational products unless otherwise stated.
• Recordings will be available for purchase unless the event is explicitly marketed as a free event. Free events will have recordings accessible at no cost.
  
  

2. Consent to Record

• By attending any live or online event hosted by Find Your Happy College (LTD), you acknowledge that the event may be recorded.
• Notification of recording will be provided:
• Via Zoom notifications when joining the session.
• Through a consent form during the purchase process.
• Explicit consent is not required; participation in the event constitutes agreement to this policy.
  
  

3. Use of Recordings

• Recordings will be used for:
• Participant review (to view or listen again).
• Resale as educational products in our shop or other distribution platforms.
• Recordings may include participants’ voices, images, or likenesses if they choose to appear on camera or ask questions during live events.
• Participants who do not wish to appear in recordings may opt out by:
• Turning off their cameras during live sessions.
• Refraining from speaking or asking questions during the event.
  
  

4. Ownership of Content

• All audio and visual recordings are the sole property of Find Your Happy College (LTD).
• Participants waive any rights to royalties or compensation related to the use of their voice, image, or likeness in these recordings.
• Recordings are included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated at the time of registration.
• Participants do not retain intellectual property rights over their contributions (e.g., questions or comments).
  
  

5. Distribution and Accessibility

• Recordings will be distributed via secure platforms such as Kajabi, Box, or other cloud-sharing services we work with.
• Access to recordings will be limited to:
• Exclusive paying participants through Kajabi libraries or other designated platforms.
• Access Consciousness (if applicable).
  
  Participants are prohibited from redistributing or sharing recordings without prior written consent from Find Your Happy College (LTD).

6. Editing Rights

• We reserve the right to edit recordings for clarity, promotional purposes, or other reasons.
• If participant contributions are used in promotional materials, additional consent will be obtained before distribution.

7. Revocation of Consent

• Participants cannot revoke consent after attending an event or after a recording has been created.

8. Liability Waiver
   
   By participating in our events:

• You waive any claims against Find Your Happy College (LTD) related to how your voice, image, or likeness is used in recordings.
• You acknowledge that we take reasonable measures to protect your privacy but cannot guarantee complete anonymity if you choose to participate actively in live events.
