•  Find Your Happy College (LTD) operates globally online and provides live events primarily in Southern Africa.
• Our services include webinars, Zoom classes, digital products (eBooks, audio/video courses), and live events facilitated under the Access Consciousness framework.

2. User Accounts

• Users must create an account to access certain features. During registration, we collect:
• Name, email address, physical address, country, language preference, and occasionally phone numbers.
• Users must be of legal age in their jurisdiction to register.
• Account information must be accurate and up-to-date.

   A. Offerings

• We provide digital products (eBooks, audio/video courses) and live/online classes based on Access Consciousness methodologies.
  
  B. Refund Policy
  
  
• No, digital products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Refunds are available for telecall series’ within 24 hours of the end of the first call.
• Refunds for live classes must be requested before lunch on the first day of class.
• Products that are instantly downloadable are NOT eligible for a refund.
• Refunds for classes and products may be subject to an 10% non-refundable fee.

• Some events follow the Access Consciousness global pricing model, which may vary by region.
  
  

4. Payments

• Payments can be made via Kajabi & Stripe, Bitcoin or Ethereum, and bank transfers (available in select countries).
• Subscription plans may apply to certain services.
• Global pricing applies to some events but not all.
  
  

5. User Responsibilities

• Users are prohibited from engaging in illegal activities on our platform.
• Redistribution or sharing of digital products, class recordings, or live/online event materials is strictly forbidden. Each participant must register and pay individually.
• Users may not post content that is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties.

• All content on this website is owned by Find Your Happy College (LTD) or licensed under Access Consciousness trademarks.
• As a certified facilitator with Access Consciousness®, I adhere to their guidelines for facilitation and use their materials under license.
• Misuse, reproduction, or distribution of Access Consciousness materials (including clearings, logos, text) without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
• All content included in or made available through our services—including text, graphics, logos, button icons, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations—is protected by international copyright laws.

• Abuse or dishonouring of our content, events, or other participants.
